Breakfast - WARNING Cheat meal is coming ( sorry, I was up all night with work and was starving) - 2 fried eggs + 2 pieces bacon + hash browns + 2 harvest grain 'n nut pancakes with syrup at IHOP.
Lunch - 12 oz ribeye steak + grilled veggies (sweet potato, red peppers, mushrooms) + salad w/ paleo dressing.
Snack - 2 pieces of watermelon
Dinner - 1/2 lb smoked turkey + 1 apple + 1 handful of macadamia nuts
8:00 slice of breakfast casserole 11:45 banana with 2 Tsp peanut butter, 1 oz turkey (pre-workout) 3:00 handful of walnuts 6:00 a few bites of the things I cooked for the coming week. 7:30 popcorn Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on track...
1:00- 2 cups of green chili pork stew w/1 diet coke 5:30 - 1/2 cucumber w squeezed lemon juice 8:00 - chicken fajitas w/guacamole, pico and mushrooms, 1/2 cup spanish rice,2 tortillas
10:30am - small paleo pancakes (2) and egg whites with lots of veggies 1:00pm - baby carrots (~10) and cashews (~1 oz) 3:30pm - grapes, baby carrots, and cashews (~0.5 oz) 7:00pm - paleo stuffed bell pepper and 1 c. of green chile stew from Daren's blog 9:00pm - paleo brownie (1/2)
9AM - 6oz of chicken breast, also a lot of sopapilla cheesecake. Terrible, terrible, terrible but oh so good. My wife had made it for a party and it was left over. I have no will power.
8am 3 egg omelet with mushrooms, jal, onions and spinach. 1pm ground pork with tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion and jal peppers

430pm chips 730pm dbl cheeseburger with mustard, mayo, onions, pickles, onion rings and Dr. Pepper. Man was that Dr. Pepper sweet. 1st one in over 5 weeks.

So I spent the entire day yesterday snacking on "forbidden" foods b/c my tummy was upset and I thought it may be the diet. All this of course did not help, got woken up that night to a kid throwing up so apparently the stomach bug has hit the guilbeau house :-( Cheating with no benefit!!

7 pm 6 pickle chips w/a little ranch, chicken breast w/grilled onions and mushrooms, grilled veggies, 3 bites of garlic bread and two bites of rice (Wings N More)
8: 1 egg, 3 egg whites, bison (2 oz), 1c green peppers, spinach, red onions 12: 2 c romaine, 2 oz skirt steak, 2 oz chicken, 5 chips, tbsp guac 3: shrimp taco with cabbage and corn tortilla (USA hockey party) 7: 8 oz filet, 2 c mixed veggies
9:00- 1 kolache, 2 cinnamon donuts from Shipley’s 1:00- bowl of honey and oats cereal 3:00- apple and a handful of grapes (the only descent thing I ate all day) 7:00- 2 chicken fajitas from Rosa’s (loaded)

6:00- CHEAT, again: homemade lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread
7:30 - 1c. steamed broccoli withe 1/2c. ground turkey
