Day 32

Paleo cookies, brownies, cakes, muffins, donuts, pancakes, whatever are still cookies, brownies, cakes, donuts, pancakes. Eating 1 or two a week is fine, more than that, like 3 in one day (carol), is not good. Please try to limit them like you would, or should, an oreo. lets say post workout 30 min window only. That is the only time sugar (honey or sweetening agent) benefits you.

i pick on carol because i know she can take it...but she is not alone in the love of cookies, myself included, lets all lock it down.

  6. I feel like today was pretty good. I had a whole day without fruit. I can't remember the last time that happened...
    7:00 slice breakfast casserole
    12:00 baked mixed veggies with 4 oz mix of ground beef and turkey.
    All day long I snacked on 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 red pepper, lots of carrots.
    7:30 4 oz shrimp, 2 cups steamed broccoli.

    I really wnat sugar today and am sad about the brownie/cookie rebuttal.

  7. 7:15- 1 egg + 2 whites, sauteed spinach, pico, 1/2 avocado
    9:00- tea w/ vanilla almond milk
    12:15- 10 baby carrots
    1:45- 2 c. turkey stew w/ 1/4 avocado
    5:00- handful cashews
    7:00- 2 1/2 c. seafood stew (made with onion, carrot, asparagus, zucchini, salt free tom. and tom. sauce, cod, shrimp, lime juice)
    8:00- 1 T cashew butter

  8. 7:30 - steamed broccoli & carrots with 1 oz. ground turkey
    12:00 - 2 oz. turkey breast, baby carrots and grape tomatoes
    3:30 - cutie orange
    7:00 - organic spring mix with 2 grilled chicken tenders, carrots, tomatoes & chopped pecans
    9:00 - apple with cashew butter

    Breakfast - 2 bananas w/ cashew butter

    Lunch - 11 oz steak + sauteed mushrooms + salad w/ lime/honey dressing

    Dinner - 1/2 lb smoked turkey + sweet potatoe hash + 1/2 can of pineapple

    Dessert - can of oranges

  10. 9:00 - 2 cups of green chile pork stew
    12:00 - small bowl of sliced bananas and cantaloupe
    2:00 - 7 oz baked chicken breast w/1 oz of guacamole
    5:30 - banana
    8:00 - 1 boiled egg - 3 oz chicken breast grilled w/a few slices of grilled onions

    10:00am - tea with honey
    11:30am -bell pepper (1) and cashews (1 oz)
    2:30pm - green chile stew from Daren's blog (1 1/2c.) and paleo cookie (1/2)
    5:00pm - banana (1), carrots, and cashews (1 oz): Pre WOD
    7:15pm - handful of raisins and few cashews: Post Workout
    8:30pm - mango salmon from Daren's blog and asparagus
    10:00pm - grapes (~10)

  12. 7am: 1 omega egg, 3 egg whites, 1/2 c salsa, 2 strawberries, 1 kiwi, tbsp cashew butter
    9:45: 10 cashews
    12:30: 8 oz bison patty ans 2 cups romaine and cucumbers with carrots
    6:30: 4 oz sirloin, 1 c green beans, 1/2 c salsa, 2 cups romaine with olive oil

  13. 7AM - 10oz salmon, 2oz walnuts

    10AM - 12oz dr. pepper

    1PM - 3oz cauliflower, 5oz broccoli, 4oz carrots

    2PM - 4oz walnuts

    4PM - 1 16oz bag of trail mix = peanuts, raisins, coconut, m&m's

  15. 7:15- 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms
    10:00- cucumber
    12:00- went to buffalo wild wings for a coworker’s birthday and did not have the any of the boneless buffalo wild wings, they were even $.60.
    Side salad w/ grilled chicken
    3:00 Brazil nuts, blackberries
    6:00 pork tenderloin, cauliflower, squash

    11am cashews
    1230pm pork loin and steamed okra
    300pm cashew
    630pm steak & mushrooms, turkey breast (business after hours) couple of glasses of red wine.

  17. 7:30am 2 cups coffee w/Splenda
    1 mini Paleo banana muffin & 1 slice Paleo spinach quiche
    9:00am 1 cup unsweet green tea
    10:30am 1/4 cup walnuts
    12:30 1 1/2 cups Paleo Turkey goulash (ground turkey, stewed tomatoes, yellow & green squash,onion, chili powder, garlic, chili pepper flakes) really spicy & delicious!!!
    5pm 1 small apple
    8:30pm Grilled chicken salad w/side of quacamole & pico de gallo

  18. 8:30am - 1 omega3 pouched egg and 1 banana
    11am - 20 baby carrots and 1 orange
    1:30pm - 4oz pork loin stir-fried w/zucchini, yellow & green bell papper, onions, jalapenos, mushrooms w/green/spinach salad w/cucumbers, celery and 1 whole yellow bell pepper (I love it...is so sweet like a fruit)!!!
    3:30pm - 1 small orange & 1 apple
    6:30pm - 2oz jalapeno sunflower seeds
    9pm - 1 slice thin supreme pizza (pizza hut...I know Daren really bad but I was tired from 5hr track meet..."bad" easy way out!!!)

    8:30 3 eggs Scrambled & watermelon
    12:00 2 hamburger pattys & 5 tomato slices
    3:30 Banana with almond butter
    7:00 4 meat balls, 4 Chicken skewers, 3 pieces of beef wellington, 5 strawberries dipped in choclate, & at least 5-6 jack & sprite. Still in Reno come on they were free!

    8:00 3 eggs scrambled, pinapple chunks, watermelon & grapes.
    9:00 1 cup of coffee with cream & splenda
    12:00 1 hamburger patty with grilled onions & watermelon
    3:30 banana with almond butter
    7:00 Cheat meal - brace yourself Daren. It was a buffet of appatizers with mixed drinks. 1 jalapeno popper, 2 slices of sushi, 2 pieces of beef wellington, 1 stuffed mushroom, 1 chicken skewer, 2 meatballs, 3 raw carrots, 2 pieces of raw brocolli, 4 strawberries. Too many 7&7's to count.

  20. 9 am 1 almond meal pancake w/raisins, coffee w/usual

    11:30 am 8 walnuts

    2 pm bell pepper w/chicken and veggies, half an avacado

    4 pm handful of baby carrots

    4:30 pm 4 hersey kisses (craving sweets)

    6:30 pm cabbage wrap w/5 ozs of ground turkey breast, mushrooms, onions, spinach and bell peppers

    8 pm 10 pecans coated w/cinnamon and sugar (I was craving sweets today!)
