*So today was my 39th birthday and my husband and I went on a overnight getaway last night. Needless to say, it's tough to stick to Paleo when you're away from home! Gary and Katie - you guys did great on your trip to Reno! It'll be good to get back to it tomorrow!

Yummy!
7 am (pre-workout): banana, tbsp cashew butter 11am: 1 omega egg, 1/4 bison meat, 1/4 c red onions, 1/4 c green peppers, 1c grapes 4: 12 oz strip, 1 c broccoli, 1 sweet potato 9: 2cups romaine, 4 oz chicken, 4oz skirt steak, 1/2 c pico, 2 tbsp guac, 1/2 c green peppers
