    11:15 1/2 c. red grapes
    12:15 stuffed red bell pepper
    3:30 1 c. red grapes
    7:00 8oz chicken, pineapple, broccoli, and green beans. I'm stuffed tonight.

  2. paleo challenge day 20 - Ryan W.

    Breakfast - 1 fruit smoothie + 1 banana w/ cashew butter

    Lunch - 1/2 pound fajitas + 20 tostilla chips w/ salsa + queso ( I know, I know I was bad but I couldn't resist at Pappasito's)

    Dinner - fruit smoothie + sweet potatoe fries + 1 apple

  3. 8:30 AM 2 slices all natural turkey breast with 10 baby carrots

    9:30AM 1 Banana (pre-workout)

    11:30AM 1/2 cup raisins (post workout)

    12:30PM 12 shrimp sauteed in olive oil with 2 servings veggie lover salad and 1 apple

    4:00PM 1 cup cantaloupe

    6:30PM 2 servings of ground turkey stewed in marinara (basically I was too lazy to make the turkey into meatballs)

    9:30PM 1 apple and handful of walnuts

  4. 9:30am - banana (1/2) and cashews (1 oz) pre-WOD
    12:30am -omelette with lots of veggies and paleo brownie (1/2)
    2:45pm - bell pepper and 1 oz cashews
    5:00pm - salmon (3 oz) and bell pepper (1)
    8-11pm - Cheat Meal: I was at a wedding shower.... I had three glasses of white wine, dinner was paleo except the crab cake (grapes, cucumber, asparagus, beef tenderloin), and I had two chocolate covered strawberries along with one bite of multiple Valentine's Day candies and desserts that Austin was eating. Bad cheat meal... back on it tomorrow!

    4pm - 1 banana
    6:30 - 4oz pork loin & 1/2lb asparagus & half orange
    10pm - 2 small oranges

  6. 8:45- 3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 sweet pot. hash, tea with almond milk, 1 piece bacon
    10:45- 1 c. smoothie (almond milk, blueberry, strawberry, pineapple, banana, almond butter), 1 oz chicken
    1:00- spaghetti squash with shrimp
    3:00- tea with almond milk
    4:00- 10 baby carrots & 8 cashews
    6:30- Valentine's Date at Eccell Steakhouse: 1 piece garlic bread, 1 small shrimp tostada, couple bites of George's salad and cornbread, 7 oz salmon with spinach, few bites of cheesecake dessert with George, Mexican martini. Yummy!

    5:00 - grapes & 5 cashews
    7:00 - cheat meal @ Miramont - 1 glass champagne & 1 glass white wine, 1 shrimp, veggie wrap w/ wasabi dressing, 2 oz. beef tenerloin with a few bites of potatoes, 1 scoop of sorbet and a few bites of chocolate dessert

    7PM - 8oz orange roughy fillet, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 5oz pineapple, 2oz carrots, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cucumber, 1 roma tomato

    12:00 - 6 oz baked chicken breast filet
    2:00 - Handful of almonds,walnuts w/a few dried blueberries
    3:30 - Jason's Deli Spinach veggie wrap(organic spinach,homemade pico, guacamole, sprouts, mushrooms,in an organic wheat wrap) with steamed veggies and side of salsa..... a few bites of husbands grilled chick salad
    9:00 - Friends 40th Birthday party- 10 jumbo shrimp w/spoonful of cocktail sauce and about 6 oz of shrimp ceviche, about 7 or 8 maybe 9 ....well a bunch of pomegranite martinis.
    2:30 am - 6 oz chicken breast

    7:00 bottle of wine (My wife and I went to Messina Hof to celebrate V-Day.)

    8:00- Dinner at Christopher’s (crab cake, steak and veggies, shared desert with my wife.)

    1pm: Lettuce wrap with 2 oz turkey, 2 oz roast beef, tbsp guacamole, 1/2 tomato
    4pm: 10 chips and salsa
    9:30: (CHEAT) 8 ounces rib-eye, 1 cup horseradish mash potatoes, 1 cheese steak egg roll, 1/2 cup creamed spinach, 2 glasses red wine, caesar salad.

  16. Sorry this is so late! In Big D this weekend.... so naturally it was a cheat meal!
    8:00- 1 banana
    10:00- grapes
    12:00- 1 cup of coffee
    2:00- handful of almonds
    here comes the bad stuff...
    7:00- slice of turkey, potato salad, corn on the cob and apple cobbler and 4 glasses of red wine

    1 pm half a piece of choc. cake (paleo style) Sally made it, very good.

    3:00 pm 1 egg/2 egg whites w/tom, mushroom, bell pepper and .5 oz of lean turkey deli slice

    7:30 pm 6 tortilla chips with a little queso, 1 bell pepper stuffed w/chicken, 2 cookies and 3 glasses of wine - valentines dinner with mom

    9:30 pm Attended two 40th b-day parties - 5 Dos XX

    2 am Grilled chicken sandwich and yes I ate the bread - dang Dos XX
