    9:00- apple
    11:00- handful of walnuts
    12:00- grilled chicken salad
    3:00- handful of raisins and handful of cashews
    6:30- 2oz pork roast and veggies
    7:00- paleo carrot cake

  2. 7:30am 2 omega 3 boiled eggs & 2 cups coffee w/Splenda
    10:30am 1/4 cup walnuts & almonds (mix)
    2:00pm 1 1/2 cups green chili pork stew (delicious!!!!)
    2:30pm 1 cup fruit salad (apples, oranges,unsweet coconut & walnuts)
    7:30pm 1 1/2 cups lean ground turkey w/grilled onions, mushrooms, sweet peppers
    8:30pm 2 small pieces of dark chocolate candy (Paleo?)melted 90% cacoa chocolate mixed with toasted walnuts & few raisins, dropped by tablespoon and allowed to cool & harden...not sweet, but I love dark chocolate!!!

  4. Paleo Challenge Day 23 - Ryan W.

    Breakfast - 1 banana w/ almond butter + 1 apple

    Lunch - 1/2 pound smoked turkey + 1/2 cup cashews + 3 oz raspberries

    Dinner - stuffed red pepper (paleo style) + 1 orange + fruit smoothie + 1 handful of macadamia nuts

    11AM - 1 banana

    4PM - 8oz chicken breast w/ lime juice

    7PM - cheat meal of the week, 1 dr. pepper, pasta bake, fruit salad, 2 cupcakes

    11:00am -bell pepper (1) and cashews (1.5 oz)
    1:30pm - green chile stew (1 1/2c.) from Daren's blog
    5:00pm- banana (1) and mixed nuts (0.5 oz): pre-WOD
    7:45pm - taco salad from Daren's blog, bell pepper (1) and paleo cookie (1)
    11:30pm - paleo brownie (1/2)

  7. 6:45am: 1 omega egg, 3 egg whites, tbsp cashew butter, 1/2 c spinach, 1 c fruit(kiwi, grapes, pineapple)
    10am: 10 walnuts
    12:30: 8 oz free reange chicken breast, 2 c veggies(zucchini, squash, spinach), 2 tbsp avocado
    3:30: 10 walnuts
    5:30: Banana, tbsp cashew butter
    8: 3 2oz grass fed sirloin patties, 1 c steamed veggies(broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), 1/2 avocado

    2-5:30 snacked on carrots and 1.5 c grapes

  9. 7:30 - 2 oz. pork chop, steamed broccoli & carrots
    12:30 - salad at pei wei (some part paleo - but the salad did have dressing and those yummy wonton strips!)
    6:00 - handful of grapes
    7:30 - small bag popcorn (was at the movies)
    *Today was hard mentally. Great crossfit workout in the am - but I guess I shouldn't have weighed! I'm going to work hard to rebound tomorrow!*

  10. 8:00- 5 oz chicken, 1/2 sweet pot., kiwi and strawberries, tea with almond milk
    11:30- Chargrilled chicken salad, unsweet tea, 3 waffle fries
    1:30- 3 paleo cookies (pre run)
    3:45- walnuts & raisins
    6:15- 2 c. seafood soup, 1/4 avocado, strawberries and rasberries
    8:30- paleo cookie, cashews and baby carrots

    7:30 2 Ramekin Egg Things from Daren's blog. Very Tasty
    10:30 Handful of mixed nuts
    12:30 salad from Schlotzky's with chicken breast - no cheese or croutons. Caesar Dressing used sparingly.
    3:00 handful of mixed nuts
    7:00 1 stuffed bell pepper & steamed green beans (stuffed bell pepper with ground turkey, sautéed onion, garlic, egg & almond meal. VERY DELECIOUS)
    9:30 bowl of strawberries

    12:00- 2 cups mixed fruit- strawberries, cantaloupe, bananas. oranges
    2:00 - stuck at work with no lunch had to order in - spinach veggie wrap from jasons deli/side salad with ranch dressing/tomato basil soup and a oatmeal cranberry cookie
    Felt guilty after this, did not have any dinner... still full from it also....

  16. Not a good week from this point on - attended an out of town business meeting for the rest of the week and on Saturday.

    8:30 am 2 eggs (omega 3) w/tom, mushrooms, bell pepper and .5 oz turkey slice

    1 pm Salad w/grilled chicken

    2 pm 10 walnuts

    7:30 pm 4 ozs. of grilled chicken and 2 oz. of sirloin w/grilled veggies and 1/2 cup of pinto beans and 1/2 cup of sweet corn casserole
