  1. 5:00- apple (pre-workout)
    6:45- handful raisins
    7:15- 1 stuffed bell pepper, 3 strawberries, 1 kiwi, english breakfast tea
    10:30- handful mixed nuts
    1:30- sauteed spinach with 3 oz. chicken, 5 baby carrots and 1/2 cucumber
    4:00- handful mixed nuts
    6:00- 1 stuffed bell pepper, 5 baby carrots, 1 kiwi and 2 strawberries
    8:00- banana and 1 T almond butter, earl grey tea

    12:00- 1/2 cup grapes
    3 strawberies
    2:00 - Banana
    4:00 - 10 baby carrots
    7:00 - 3 oz extra lean ground beef w/
    1/2 cup tossed salad
    8:30 - 7 oz broiled chicken breast
    topped with 2 slices tomato

    11:30 6 ounces of smoked lean turkey breast & 6 ounces of grilled pork tenderloin. 1 cup of green beans
    5:30 ½ apple
    7:00 handful of pistachios
    8:30 Grilled pork tenderloin, grilled vegetables (onions, jalapenos, red bell peppers, & squash), 1 cup of steamed green beans
    1 glass of red wine, 1 double of Johnny Walker Black – 12 years aged!

    red bell peppers)

  4. Paleo Challenge- Day 12 Ryan W.
    Pre-workout - 1 banana + 8 strawberries

    Breakfast - 3 eggs ( 1 yolk) + 1 fiji apple

    Lunch - 1/2 pound smoked turkey + 1.5 oz raisins + 1/2 cup walnuts + honey

    Dinner- pork tenderloin (8 oz) + sauteed mushrooms/red bell pepper
    - 2 glasses of red wine

    7:30- 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms, broccoli

    10:00- 1/3 cup of Brazil nuts, grapes

    1:00- 1 cup meat and veggie mix from dinner w/ romaine lettuce

    3:00- 1/3 cup walnuts

    7:00-12 oz. sirloin steak, house salad w/ 1tbs, ½ cup of coleslaw

    9:30- 2 tbs of almond butter (I was starving)

    11:45 lunch out: 1 grilled seafood skewer (with 2 pieces salmon, 2 mahi mahi, red, green and yellow peppers, onion, 2 mushrooms; 5 large asparagus
    3:30 10 almonds
    5:45 apple
    7:00 6 oz pork tenderloin with 1c. steamed broccoli, 1/2 sweet potatoe (baked fries)

    6:30- 1 cup of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
    7:30- 1 chicken fajita (loaded), 1 flower tortilla w/honey (not quite paleo, but yummy non the less)

    *my internet was down yesterday and most of today; therefore I was unable to post day 11 outill now. Sorry it was late but now I am up to date!!!

    10:00 - 1 oz. walnuts and pistachios, 1 oz. dried cherries
    1:00 - rotesserie chicken, 1 banana, carrots
    3:00 - suisse mocha, 1 apple, handful of nuts
    6:00 - 1 gratefruit, carrots, blueberries
    8:00 - fruit smoothie with water,carrots,flax seeds,frozen mango,blueberries,and cherries

  10. 9:00am - smoothie (1 c. blueberries, 2 strawberries, 1/2 c. peaches 1/2 banana, 1 1/2c. almond milk*, three egg whites)
    10:30am - bell pepper (1), baby carrots (14), mixed nuts (0.5oz)
    12:30pm - green chili pork stew (1 1/2 c. - see Darren's blog)
    3:00pm - apple (1), mixed nuts (1.5 oz)
    7:00pm - avocado stuffed with shrimp*, broccoli (1 c.), and one... ok maybe two paleo cookies... they are so good.

    *
    Avocado Stuffed with Shrimp

    4 large avocados, peeled and halved, seeds removed
    1.5 cups shrimp, cooked and washed
    1 T lemon juice
    1 T onion powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 T paprika

    Set avocados on serving plate with cut side facing up. Combine shrimp, lemon juice, onion powder, and pepper in medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon shrimp mixture onto each avocado, covering generously. Sprinkle top of each stuffed avocado with paprika before serving. Serves four.

    10AM - 1 banana, 2oz macadamia nuts

    2PM - 6oz chicken breast, 2oz onions, 3oz carrots, 3oz broccoli, 3oz cauliflower, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice

    5PM - 2oz macadamia nuts, 1 orange

    7PM - 4oz shrimp, 4oz scallops, 1/2 bell pepper, 3oz sweet onion, 1 tbsp canola oil, 3oz mushrooms, 1 tbsp lemon juice, cilantro

    Snack: handful walnuts
    Lunch: 4oz grilled free-range chicken, 4oz snapper, grilled vegs - 2 cups
    Snack: handful walnuts
    Dinner: 9pcs sashimi(tuna, white fish, salmon) mixed vegs 2 cups

    5:30- Chamber Crawfish Boil- 1 whole corn on cob, 2 carrots, 1 6 oz hamburger patty, 1 small sausage anddddddddddddddd
    3 beers at the boil
    3 glasses of red wine at Uncorked and a whopping headache! oh and I was forced to do a Jaeger bomb

    2:00 pm Cabbage wrap w/meat mixture and veggies (leftover from Thursday dinner)

    4:30 pm 1 apple

    8:00 pm Subway salad w/grilled chicken

    10:00 pm Corn chex mix (1 oz) - not paleo I know

    3:30pm 1 cup coffee w/Splenda
    7:30pm small grilled chicken breast salad w/no dressing
    unsweet iced tea
    Went out tonight and drank water!

    7:30am - 2oz pork loin, 1c papaya, 1 mango & 1/2c blueberries
    12pm - 1 banana, 1oz pretzels
    4pm - 1 orange, 2oz walnuts, 2oz sun chips
    8pm - 7 small lobster tails, 12 medium shrimp (both in butter sauce), 1/2lb crab legs, 1/2c stewed okra, 1/2c fresh fruit, 1/2c coffee gelato
