  1. Anyone made/bought walnut butter? I'm a bit addicted to almond/cashew butter but thought Darren might not frown as much on walnut butter :)

  2. 9:00 -2 cups of grapes and pineapple slices
    11:00 - 15 baby carrots
    1:00 - handful of walnuts
    2:30 - spinach veggie wrap(jasons deli)
    5:30 -handful of peanuts,cashews,sesame seeds
    7:00 - another handful of peanuts,cashews,sesame seeds
    8:30- Grilled Tilapia filet-grilled veggies(carrots,grean beans, squash)1/2 cup steamed rice(I was not going eat the rice but, i was very hungry) dang it. Paleo is very tough during LENT..

    Breakfast - 1 banana + 10 blackberries (pre-workout) + 4 eggs ( 1 yolk) + 3 oz blackberries + fruit smoothie

    Lunch - 2 bananas w/ Cashew butter + fruit salad (w/ cantaloupe/pineaple/strawberries) - sorry about no meats but it's lent season

    Dinner - grilled mahi mahi + mashed potatoes (ate at fish daddy's and no choices for paleo)

    Dessert - 1 glass of 4oz sprite w/ whisky

  4. 8AM - 8oz chicken breast, 1 banana

    11AM - 3oz walnuts

    7PM - Tortilla soup, lots of it with rice and plenty of sodium, 1 20oz 7up.

    Sorry I have been sick and running a fever for the last few days and finally went to some comfort food. Also have been sleeping a lot so I haven't been getting in regular meals.

  5. 7am: 1 omega egg, 3 egg whites, 1/2c salsa, banana, tbsp cashew butter
    11am: 6 grilled shrimp, 1 c romaine, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp balsamic vin dressing,
    7: CHEAT MEAL: 2 enchiladas, 12oz ribeye, 3 tbsp guacamole, 1 tbsp queso, 20 chips. Calorie fest

  6. 7:00 - apple with cashew butter
    10:00 - handful of seeds and nuts/dried fruit (post RPM class)
    12:30 - 2 oz. turkey breast, handful of baby carrots and grape tomatoes, handful of seeds & nuts
    6:00 - steamed broccoli & carrots, 4 oz. shredded chicken breast with salsa
    9:00 - "some version" of a paleo brownie - tried to use a can of pumpkin...more like paleo pudding!

  7. 7:00am - banana (1/2) and cashews (~10): pre-WOD
    9:00am smoothie (1 c. blueberries, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1c. almond milk, three egg whites)
    11:00am -bell pepper (1) and cashews (1 oz)
    1:00pm - green chile stew (1 1/2c.) from Daren's blog
    4:00pm- baby carrots (~10) and mixed nuts (~0.5 oz)
    7:30pm-2am - CHEAT MEAL: chicken fajitas (grilled chicken and veggies with one bite of corn tortilla), vodka water (2), jello shots (3), late night girl scout cookies and popcorn... I felt terrible the next day. Seriously.

    10:30- 4oz sliced turkey breast, broccoli
    3:00- 4oz sliced turkey breast, salad
    6:30- banana
    7:30- med. Chicken breast, steamed veggies, salad, i/3 pear

  10. 4:30- banana (pre WOD)
    6:45- 2 eggs + 2 whites, kiwi, 3 strawberries, 5 rasberries, tea with almond milk
    9:00- walnuts
    11:30- chargrilled chicken salad + 2 nuggets + unsweet tea (I know, like my 3rd time to eat chick fil a this week! It's the closest paleo friendlyish place near the hospital in Temple...)
    2:45- apple + cashew butter + baby carrots
    3:45- tea with almond milk
    6:45- 2 c. seafood soup
    8:15- banana + almond butter

  11. Sorry for the delay in posting, I was visiting family this weekend and did not have access to the Internet.

    4:30- banana

    6:45- handful of raisins

    7:30- 2 eggs, broccoli and spinach

    10:00 cashews and blackberries

    1:00- grilled shrimp, grilled catfish and steamed veggies

    3:00 brazil nuts and an apple

    8:00 grilled shrimp, grilled salmon and veggies from Chili’s

    12:00 Caesar salad with grilled shrimp
    3:00 1 apple
    7:00 Large Shake - like breakfast

    12:00 Grilled Shrimp Po Boy Sandwich (was going to be my cheat meal)
    Nothing the rest of the night. Got food poisoning and spent the rest of the evening throwing up. BAD!! (but at least it didn't count as my cheat meal anymore)

    11:00 am small bag of cheeze its

    1 pm 2 fried catfish fillets, corn casserole, pinto beans, roll w/a little butter and banana pudding

    4 pm A little popcorn, 2 pretzel sticks dipped in chocolate

    7 pm A few marinated mushrooms, salmon w/cream sauce, grilled veggies, roll w/a little butter and cream cheese tart w/berries and 4 glasses of wine

    11am almonds
    1230pm talipia with broccoli and corn
    4 grapes
    8pm ground meat lean with tomato sauce, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, spaghetti squash

    9:15am 1 apple w/.16 g of almond butter & 8 baby carrots
    10:30am 1/2 cup tuna salad (not paleo w/mayo, apples, eggs, pickles & onion)
    3pm 1/2 cup tuna salad
    9:30pm 1 6oz blackened catfish w/6 grilled shrimp & 2 cups steamed brocolli
    3 fried hushpuppies w/butter

    6:30pm - 1c lasagna, sald & slice chocolate cake (I was home sick so I was sleeping all morning...not much food)
