    9:00- english breakfast tea
    10:30- handful cashews, apple
    1:45- spaghetti squash, 8 shrimp with cherry tom.
    3:30- walnuts and cashews
    5:45- 4 oz hambuger patty, sauteed spinach, roasted asparagus
    8:00- banana and 1 T almond butter

    3:00 - apple, handful of seeds & dried fruit
    6:30 - salad with tomatoes, carrots, 1T. pine nuts & 3 oz. pork loin
    8:00 - 1/2c. grapes & handful cashews

    11:00AM Raisins and an apple
    1:00PM Subway grilled chicken breast salad with most veggies
    3:00PM 1 Banana and walnuts
    6:30PM Sauteed chicken marinated in olive oil and lime juice and a hearty helping of steamed brocolli and carrots
    8:00PM apple and walnuts

  5. 9:30am - smoothie (1 c. blueberries, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1c. almond milk, three egg whites)
    11:00am -baby carrots (14), mixed nuts (.5oz)
    1:00pm - zucchini balls* (4) and celery with pumpkin hummus* (1 scoop) and guacamole (1 scoop)
    5:00pm - banana(1) and mixed nuts (.50z) pre-WOD
    8:00pm -stuffed bell pepper* and caveman cookie (1)*
    9:00pm - grapes (~1c.)

    7:30 egg casserole (6 servings: 6 whole eggs, 6 whites; 1/2 head grated califlower; 1 bell pepper; 1 onion; 1 small zucchini; 4 oz mushrooms; 1/2 lb each ground turkey and beef)
    10:00 handful of carrots, 4 almonds
    12:30 stuffed red bell pepper (califlower, tomato puree, onion, zucchini, mushrooms, ground beef and turkey); 1 paleo "brownie"
    5:00 small orange, 4 almonds
    7:00 6 oz. shrimp with homemade "cocktail sauce" (tomato puree, chili oil, cayenne pepper, garlic and onion powder); romaine salad with salsa
    9:00 1 paleo "brownie"; 4 oz malbec

  8. Paleo Challenge Day 15 Ryan W.
    breakfast - 3 eggs ( 1 yolk) + 1 banana + 10 pieces cantaloupe + 1/2 grapefruit (includes pre-workout)

    Lunch - 10 oz grilled chicken + 1 cup pecans + 6 oz raspberries

    Snack - 3 venison snack sticks

    Dinner- 8 oz grilled chicken + sweet potatoe fries + salad w/ paleo dressing

    Snack -1 handful of cashews

    12:00 - 2 cups green chili pork stew
    3:00 - 10 baby carrots
    5:00 - .56 oz walnuts
    7:15 - 1 large apple
    8:30 - 6 oz small shrimp w/1 oz salad(diced guacamole,tomato,onion,fresh squeezed lemon juice.

    Snack: 10 walnuts
    Lunch: 6 oz salmon, steamed veggies (Spinach, green beans, squash)
    Snack: 10 walnuts
    Dinner: 1 cup no bean chili, 6 oz grilled chicken, salad with olive oil, 1 cup green beans

    2;30pm 1/2 cup lean ground beef over bed of lettuce w/tomatoes and salsa

    8:00pm 6 oz lean pork
    1 cup steamed brocolli & cauliflower
    1 sweet potato
    9:00pm 1 grapefruit

    12:30 pm 4 oz. of lean turkey with a cup of raw broccoli

    4:00 pm 1 apple

    8 pm 5 ozs chicken breast w/two cups of steamed celery, carrots, onion and yellow squash

    3:30 1 apple
    6:30 1 ½ porkchop cooked with almond meal & EVOO. Baked sweet potatoes & onions, spinich salad with Paleo dressing (lemon juice, EVOO, pepper & little honey)

    8:30 1 blueberry muffin (muffins with mom at my daughter’s school)

    6:30 1 ½ porkchops cooked with almond mean & EVOO. Baked sweet potatos & onions, spinich salad with Paleo dressing.

    9AM - 20oz coffee black

    4PM - 6oz chicken breast, 2oz onion, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3oz carrots, 3oz cauliflower, 3oz broccoli, 3oz almonds

    7PM - 3oz carrots, 5oz grape tomato, 2 sticks of celery, 2 chocolate chip cookies (I seriously need to find that paleo cookie recipe because I can't resist a cookie)

    10PM - 14oz ground beef, 1 yam, 1/2 avocado, 1 green bell pepper, 4oz sweet onion, 1 tbsp garlic powder

    11am - small turkey sandwcih on plane w/small bag of chips & diet coke
    7:30pm - 4 wings & 10 onion rings (Wings N More...I know real bad but my kids wanted to go there when back from Vegas...BACK TO PALEO...BACK TO REALITY AND LOSE THE POUNDS I GAINED IN VEGAS)
