    10:00am 1 cup coffee w/Splenda
    11:30am 2 cups of Beef soup (caldo de res)cabbage & carrots
    2:30pm 1 apple & 1/4 cup walnuts & a few raisins
    5:30pm 1 grilled chicken thigh skinless & 1 cup sweet potato
    8:00pm 1 orange

  2. 8:00 - banana w/ 1T. cashew butter
    12:00 - 2 oz. turkey breast, baby carrots
    3:00 - handful mixed nuts, grapes
    8:00 - 2 oz. pork chop, 2 chicken breast, a few bites of pineapple
    9:00 - 1 paleo brownie
    *Not my best paleo day...looking forward to Monday - more routine!

  3. Paleo Challenge day 21 - Ryan W.

    Breakfast - 4 eggs (2 egg yolks) + 1 orange + 1 apple

    Lunch - 1/2 pound smoked turkey + 1/2 cup macademia nuts + 6 oz blackberries

    Dinner - Paleo fried chicken + grilled veggies (red pepper, jalapeno,mushrooms, sweet potatoe fries) + 2 glasses of red wine

    1:00- hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato,

    3:00- orange

    7:00 grilled chicken, mushrooms, and carrots

  5. 10:00 3 egg scramble with ham, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms; 1 c. broccoli
    3:00 banana
    4:30 1/2 stuffed pepper
    7:30 Blackened salmon (3 oz) salad with romaine, spinach, 1 boiled egg, 1/3 small avocado.
    9:00 paleo brownie

  6. 8AM - 6oz grilled chicken

    9AM - 3oz carrots, 3oz cauliflower, 3oz broccoli, 10oz dr. pepper

    11AM - 1 orange

    1:30PM - 16oz pork loin, 3oz walnuts

    4PM - 16oz black coffee

    8PM - Cheat meal, 3oz lobster tempura, 6oz artichoke salad with wine vigarette, 6oz flounder with wine cream sauce, 1 cup white rice, 3 asparugus spears, 4oz swedish cream with mixed berries - not going to lie, this was amazing after 3 weeks of paleo! Oh and 2 glasses red wine.

  7. 10:00 - 1 diet coke...had to do it...very bad headache
    11:30 - 1 Apple
    1:30 - grilled chicken breast patty w/ 1 slice tomato and lettuce
    3:00 - 15 baby carrots
    6:00 - handful of almonds/walnuts
    7:30 - Valentines day Meal - LOS CUCOS- fish taco and polo del mar(chicken breast stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms,tomato,and spanish rice.
    1 Pink Lady
    This was a very tough Paleo weekend...

  8. 11:00am - smoothie (1 c. blueberries, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1c. almond milk, three egg whites)
    1:00pm -bell pepper (1) and cashews (1 oz)
    3:30pm - taco salad from Daren's blog and paleo brownie (1)
    5:30pm - baby carrots (~10) and cashews (1 oz)
    8:45pm - Valentine's Day dinner at a french bistro.... I think I managed paleo-ish: watermelon salad with olive oil and lemon dressing, chilean sea bass pan seared with no sauce, string beans (ok not so paleo), and one bite of Austin's creme brulee)

    9:30- 1egg w/ hot sauce, ground beef
    12:30- handful of walnuts
    3:30- celery w/cashew butter
    6:30- chili, corn bread, birthday cake

    1pm 8oz sirloin grilled with sauteed mushrooms and onions, 2 ears of corn on the cob (no butter), boiled okra
    430pm grapes
    9pm spaghetti squash 3 paleo meatball(ground turkey, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, tomato sauce, diced tomato and peppers)

  11. 8:30- 2 eggs with chorizo (mom in law taking care of us while we took care of sick kiddos, but I skipped the homemade tortillas and beans!), 1 kiwi, 4 rasberries, 2 c. coffee with almond milk (0 hours of sleep).

    11:30- 1 c. spaghetti and meatballs from St. Anthony's fundraiser (can I say no to God?), spinach salad

    4:30- 5 walnuts

    6:30- grilled chicken wrap and unsweet tea

    8:30- banana and 1 T almond butter

    9:00- breakfast burrito with beans, meat, and eggs
    11:00- grapes
    3:00- taco salad from Wendy's
    8:00- bowl of nonpaleo chili and crackers

    (I know, not my best weekend, but it's on like Donkey Kong starting Monday!!)

    10:00 1/2 apple
    11:00 CHEAT MEAL - Spaghetti & Meatballs, slice of toast & small side salad. 1 slice of pound cake at St. Anthony's Church - can't say no to God either! I have to say after eating this I felt like I was going to EXPLODE!
    3:00 1 banana with cashew butter
    5:00 handful of raw carrots
    7:00 Chicken fried chicken - paleo style. Grilled veggies & 1 glass of red wine

  14. 11 am chicken soup w/cabbage, carrots and celery, 10 tortilla chips

    2 pm a few walnuts, 1 valentine cookie

    4 pm 5 strawberrys

    6:30 pm 1 skinless chicken thigh, 1/2 cup of rice, a few spoons of refried beans, 1 tortilla and piece of cake - it was my father-in-law's b-day

    9 pm 1 valentine cookie

    Bad, bad, Monday will be better.

    3pm - 1 banana
    6pm - 1c shrimp cocktail, 8 crackers, 1/2 chcken salad sandwich & 4 chocolate cover strawberries & 2 glasses red wine(a valentine's treat)
    9pm - 1 orange
