8PM - Cheat meal, 3oz lobster tempura, 6oz artichoke salad with wine vigarette, 6oz flounder with wine cream sauce, 1 cup white rice, 3 asparugus spears, 4oz swedish cream with mixed berries - not going to lie, this was amazing after 3 weeks of paleo! Oh and 2 glasses red wine.
10:00 - 1 diet coke...had to do it...very bad headache 11:30 - 1 Apple 1:30 - grilled chicken breast patty w/ 1 slice tomato and lettuce 3:00 - 15 baby carrots 6:00 - handful of almonds/walnuts 7:30 - Valentines day Meal - LOS CUCOS- fish taco and polo del mar(chicken breast stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms,tomato,and spanish rice. 1 Pink Lady This was a very tough Paleo weekend...
11:00am - smoothie (1 c. blueberries, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1c. almond milk, three egg whites) 1:00pm -bell pepper (1) and cashews (1 oz) 3:30pm - taco salad from Daren's blog and paleo brownie (1) 5:30pm - baby carrots (~10) and cashews (1 oz) 8:45pm - Valentine's Day dinner at a french bistro.... I think I managed paleo-ish: watermelon salad with olive oil and lemon dressing, chilean sea bass pan seared with no sauce, string beans (ok not so paleo), and one bite of Austin's creme brulee)
8:30- 2 eggs with chorizo (mom in law taking care of us while we took care of sick kiddos, but I skipped the homemade tortillas and beans!), 1 kiwi, 4 rasberries, 2 c. coffee with almond milk (0 hours of sleep).
11:30- 1 c. spaghetti and meatballs from St. Anthony's fundraiser (can I say no to God?), spinach salad
Again, sorry for the tardiness! 9:00- breakfast burrito with beans, meat, and eggs 11:00- grapes 3:00- taco salad from Wendy's 8:00- bowl of nonpaleo chili and crackers
(I know, not my best weekend, but it's on like Donkey Kong starting Monday!!)

Grilled veggies & 1 glass of red wine

Lunch - 1/2 pound smoked turkey + 1/2 cup macademia nuts + 6 oz blackberries
Dinner - Paleo fried chicken + grilled veggies (red pepper, jalapeno,mushrooms, sweet potatoe fries) + 2 glasses of red wine
