    10:00- banana
    1:00- bowl of turkey chili/cabbage
    2:00- cup of fruit
    6:00- pork chop with grilled veggies and salad
    7:45- cup of fruit

  2. 9:00- 1 egg, 2 egg whites
    12:20- 2 boiled eggs, 2oz dried deer meet, pear
    2:00- 2 slices of cucumber, 5 small peaces of pineapple
    4:00- hand full of cashews
    6:30- 2 tilapia, large salad, & 1 cup banana pear ambrosia

  3. 7:30 - eggs (1 whole & 1 white) scrambled with mushrooms and spinach
    1:00 - handful of seeds, 1c. grapes, 1 oz. turkey breast
    6:00 - Superbowl Cheat Meal - 3 oz. beef fajita meat, chips & queso, quacamole & hot sauce

  4. 8:15- 1 scrambled egg, 1/4 avocado, 1 c. fruit salad, breakfast tea

    11:30- handful mixed nuts

    1:30- spaghetti squash, 8 sauteed shrimp with cherry tom., 1/2 sweet pot.

    3:30- 1 c. fruit smoothie, handful cashews

    6:00- Cheat meal: 4 oz hambuger on wheat bun with mustard, tom. and lett., guac and pita chips, 1 oatmeal cookie, 2 mich ultra

  5. 7AM - 6oz chicken breast, 2oz onions, 3oz carrots, 3oz cauliflower, 3oz broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice

    3PM - 2oz almonds, 1 banana

    6PM - 8oz orange roughy filet, 5oz asparagus, 1/2 zuchini, 1/2 yellow squash, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 sip blueberry ale
    (I had to taste it)

  6. Paleo Challenge - Day 14 Ryan W.

    Breakfast - 3 egg substitutes + turkey bacon + 1 cup cantaloupe + fruit smoothie (paleo style)

    Lunch - 8 oz. grilled chcken + 1 handful of pecans + 6 oz blackberries

    Snack - ran 12 miles (worked off 1434 calories in prep for Super Bowl)

    Dinner (cheat meal) - 1 6 oz cheeseburger + 1 hot dog + tostitos w/ queso + 2 1/2 brownies + 4 12 oz glasses of Sprite w/ whisky - Yeah, I blew it out for the Super Bowl - GO SAINTS!

  7. 11:30am - smoothie (1 c. blueberries, 2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1c. almond milk, three egg whites)
    12:30am -baby carrots (14), mixed nuts (1oz)
    2:30pm - green chili pork stew (1c.), two zucchini balls, and a paleo cookie
    5:30pm - Paleo Super Bowl Feast: spicy honey chicken tender (1), zucchini balls (2), celery, carrots, and homemade crackers with pumpkin hummus, paleo salsa, and some guacamole
    9:00pm - paleo chocolate brownie (1)

    12:00- Center Pointe Restaurant
    -Grilled chicken sandwich
    -Sweet potato fries

    5:00-Super Bowl Party
    -brisket
    -sausage
    -potato salad
    - ice cream, brownie
    -Chips, guac, queso


    -We left San Antonio late so I didn’t eat breakfast and that messed up my eating schedule. As you can see the whole weekend was not good. Since I cheated both yesterday and today I will not give myself a cheat day for two weeks.

    9:30 2 egg white omlette with 2 c spinach and 1/4 c salsa
    12:00 1 small orange
    12:30 turkey dog
    1:00 carrots
    5:00 banana
    7:30 6 oz. london broil, mixed califlower, celery, onion, zucchini, mushroom medley
    9:00 3 paleo cookies/brownies


    Bretani, you imspired me with your pumpkin hummus. And made me remember the awesomeness of pumpkin in baked goods, so I tried to come up with a chocolate cookie recipe. They turned out good, but with a consistency more like a brownie. But this recipe satisfies a chocolate/sweet craving...

    1 can pumpkin,
    6 oz UNsweetened shredded coconut
    2 Tbs cinnamon
    1 Tbs nutmeg
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/4 c. almond meal
    2 Tbs raw honey

    Mix all ingredients together, drop by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet, bake 20 minutes at 350F. This made about 24.

    Chicken breast fajitas with mushrooms,
    tomato,mushrooms,pico de gallo,
    guacamole, 3 flour tortillas, 3 fork
    bites of rice and 2 ninfaritas
    (no salt),3 cosmo martinis
    (super bowl party)

    11:30am 1 egg omelet w/spinach, onion & mushrooms
    2pm 1/4 cup walnuts w/raisins
    1/2 apple & 1/2 pear
    5:30pm 14 tortilla chips w/cheese dip
    2oz lean ground beef
    9:00pm 1 banana & 1 orange w/a few walnuts

  12. 8am 3 egg omelet with onions and asparagus
    1pm grilled pork chops boiled okra
    Cheat afternoon
    Way to much chips and dip all afternoon starting about 4pm
    8pm 10oz cheese burger on wheat bun mustard mayo and pickle relish.
    Daren you will be happy to know that eating like that made me miserable all night and still this morning.

    1:00 Ran 12 miles do was STARVING at the super bowl party.
    4:00 1 banana & 1 apple
    5:00 Super bowl cheat meal – 1 cheeseburger with mayo on white bun & 1 chill cheese hotdog with onion. 2 Tablespoons of queso and handful of chips. 3 glasses of 40 creek (whiskey) & sprite.

    12:00 Grilled chicken breast with grilled pineapple & onions, grilled sweet potatoes & red bell peppers
    1:00 5 strawberries & handful of raw carrots
    5:00 Super bowl cheat meal – 1 Cheeseburger with white bun, 1 cup of roasted corn & black bean dip with 5 tortilla chips (crushed them up & put in bowl to limit my chip intake), 2 DELECIOUS brownies, 3 glasses of red wine.

    3:45PM Paleo friendly trail-mix
    6:00PM Los Molcajetes almost paleo meal
    - chicken fajitas a la mexicana
    - grilled onion
    - jalapeno
    - green bell pepper
    - guac
    6:00PM continued: empanadas and superbowl margarita
    8:30PM apple

    Cheat meal: queso, guacamole, chips, 3 slider burgers with cheese. 1 bratwurst

    3 pm 6 almonds

    8 pm Subway salad w/grilled chicken and a diet coke (I finally caved in)

    6oz V8 juice
    2:30pm - 3 grilled fish tacos on 3inch corn tortillas (very small) w/pico, 1/2c rice & 15 chips w/queso
    10pm - salad, 8oz grilled lamb chops w/roasted veggies, 1 roll & "tiramassue" dessert
    "through the weekend a few glasses of wine, bloody mary's and a few chocolates...I tried my best to stay on Paleo but also wanted to enjoy VEGAS!!!
