Day 45

Alright guys, its about that time to wrap it up. we will try and do most people's pics on Friday after their workouts or around the workout times that will be going on. your pics have to be done by Friday at 1pm in order to be eligible to win. Remember attire is: shorts for guys, shorts and sports bra or bikini top for gals. Good luck!!

Paleo wrap up party... Please post tonight what you plan on bringing so not everyone brings fruit trays! for real though post what you are planning on cooking for the shindig so it is balanced. first to post gets it! Thanks, keep it up tonight and nail it until friday.

    8:00 - 2 boiled omega 3 eggs
    10:30 - 2 oz package baby carrots
    12:00 - 2 cups ground turkey w/stewed tomatoes,green peppers,onions,mushrooms
    1:30 - lara cashew bar
    6:30 - 2 oz package baby carrots
    7:30 - 3 cups of cocktail shrimp w/1 smashed avacado

  3. 4:30- banana (pre WOD)
    7:00- 1 egg + 2 whites with red bell pepper and spinach, 2 kiwi, 1/4 avocado
    9:00- tea with almond milk
    10:30- 1/2 red bell pepper, 3 oz carrots
    1:30- homemade spaghetti sauce with spaghetti squash, 1/2 c. dry honey nut cherrios
    4:00- banana
    6:45- 4 oz salmon, 1/4 avocado, 1 c. steamed mixed veggies, 1 small baked sweet pot.
    8:30- walnuts

    Still not sure if I can make it tomorrow, but I promise to bring something no one else is signed up for it I do!!

  4. Bringing pumpkin "hummus" with veggies and the banned paleo cookies! Can't wait!

    9:00am - one egg and three egg whites with veggies
    11:30am - bell pepper slices
    1:00pm - green chile stew from Daren's blog (1 1/2c.)
    4:30pm - banana (1): pre workout
    7:30pm - handful of raisins: post workout
    8:30pm - salmon and asparagus
    9:00pm - pinch of paleo cookie and piece of cantaloupe

  5. I'm so sad that I can't make it tomorrow, and that I can't see you Saturday.


    6:45 omelette with spinach and salsa
    snacks for the day: 1 cucumber, 1/2 bell pepper, 2 stalks celery
    1:30 chicken stir fry with mixed veggies...
    best guess, 3 oz chicken, 1.5 c veggies
    8:00 5 oz london broil, grilled zucchini and yellow squash (1 each), 2 glasses red wine.

    7:30am 2 cups coffee
    10am 1 omega 3 boiled egg
    12:00pm 1/4 cup walnuts
    3pm 1 grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat
    8:30pm green salad w/1 boiled omega 3 boiled egg
    salmon & crab patty

  7. Paleo challenge day 45 -

    Breakfast - 4 eggs (1 yolk) + cantaloupe approx. 1 cup

    Lunch- 8 oz grilled chicken + sweet potatoe hash

    Snack - 1 cup of macadamia nuts

    Dinner - grilled stuffed red pepper (stuffed with turkey ground meat + onion + celery) + sauteed mushrooms + raw spinach salad w/ paleo dressing.

    10-brazil nuts
    1-grilled chicken tenders, spaghetti squash, sauce, carrots
    3-brazil nuts, blackberries
    7-grilled chicken, cucumber, carrots, broccoli

    6:45am - 2 over-medium omega3 eggs, 4 slices bacon (bad...but good)
    11am - 1 apple & 1 orange
    1:30pm - 4oz pork loin w/onions, poblano pepper, broccoli & cauliflower
    5:30pm - 4oz fruit mix
    7pm - handful sunflower seeds
    9:30 - bad again...whataburger jr...just burger

    10: 10 cashews
    12:30: 2 cups romaine, 6 oz skirt steak, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup salsa
    5: 1 slice beef jerky
    9: 8 oz filet, 1 cup string beans
    12: 3 eggs and 1 c (green pepper, mushrooms, spinach), cup of mixed fruit

    7:00 2 red bell peppers stuffed with ground deer meat, onions, almond meal

    12:00 1 grilled chicken breast, grilled onions, avacado slices & tomato slices. Side salad with ranch.

    9:00 bowl of grapes

    8 pm 4 oz chicken breast w/okra and rotel tom.
