  1. 5:45- handful cashews
    6:45- 1 egg + 2 whites, sauteed spinach, 1 kiwi
    9:00- 2 c. coffee with vanilla almond milk
    11:00- 15 baby carrots
    3:00- 3 oz chicken breast, 1 1/2 c. raw broccoli and cauliflower
    6:30- 6 oz salmon, 1 sauteed sweet pot., 1 sauteed zucchini, 1/2 glass red wine (shared all with my 14 month old, I think she ate half! oh but not the wine!!)
    8:30- banana with almond butter

    Breakfast - 2 eggs + 1 bowl of fruit

    Lunch - 1 banana w/ almond butter + 1 cup of pecans + 3 pieces of turkey + 2 paleo cookies

    Dinner - 12 oz ribeye + sweet potatoe + sauteed mushrooms + 1 beer + 1 handful of peanuts

    12:00 12 ounce steak with grilled onions, green beans, carrots & side dalad with Italian dressing
    3:00 1 spoonful of cashew butter
    6:30 12 ounce steak with grilled onions, green beans, baked sweet potato plain, 2 beers

    8:30 1 cup of coffee with cream & splenda
    12:00 2 grilled pork chops, green beans & sauteed mushrooms
    3:00 2 spoonfuls of cashew butter
    6:30 6 ounce sirloin with grilled onions & mushrooms, green beans & steamed carrots. 1 long island iced tea (that Gary ordered for me without asking)

    11am 1/4 cup walnuts
    1pm 1 1/2 cups of green chile pork stew
    4:30pm 1 banana & 5 walnuts
    7:30 2 1/2 cups Paleo turkey goulash (turkey, stewed tomatoes & squash)
    9:30 1 cup coconut milk & 1 Paleo pumpkin muffin

    11:30 am handful of cranraisins, walnuts

    2 pm 4 oz pork loin chop, 1 cup of sauteed cabbage, 1/2 an avocado and diet coke

    3 pm 1 chocolate covered cherry

    4:30 pm 1 slice of pineapple and 1/4 cup of cantaloup

    7:30 pm Half of an eggplant topped with lean ground turkey/lean ground beef mixed with veggies and 1/4 of an avocado
