  1. 9:00 - 2 eggs over easy made with EVOO w/sliced onions and green peppers
    10:30 - 1 banana
    1:30 - 2 cups Almond Milk w/ 1/2 cup mixed fruit(peaches, strawberries,cantaloupe,grapes
    4:00 - 3 cups ground turkey w/sliced onions, green peppers, and stewed tomatoes
    8:00 - Vegetable soup w/shrimp,broccoli,cauliflower,carrots, shredded chicken
    about 7 chips w/salsa, 2 margaritas

    1 pm 1 apple
    4 pm 2 grilled drumsticks, 1/2 c. pinto beans, 1/4 c. of potatoe salad
    8:30 pm 1 1/4 c. of pork tenderloin stew

  3. 7:00 slice breakfat casserole, 2 slices bacon
    7:45 banana
    11:00 mixed fruit bowl with blueberries, blackberries, apples, oranges; 3 oz grilled chicken, cupcake
    2:30 1 lb boiled crawfish, which probably equates to about 3 oz of edible meat; one beer
    7:00 4 oz broiled sea bass
    9:00 baked sweet potato fries with olive oil and cinammon

  4. By the way, did y'all know that the main ingredient in lemon pepper is salt? I just discovered this when I went out to buy more. Terribly disappointing.

  5. 9:30 - 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon and some grapes, strawberries & cantelope
    12:30 - 1/2c. of chili (that was supposed to be on a baked potato) salad with tomatoes & carrots
    6:00 - 1 cheese enchilada, handful of chips and salsa, 1 margarita
    *at a retreat yesterday and today...these last couple of weeks of paleo have had too much traveling!

    Breakfast - 4 eggs ( 0 yolk) + 1 apple

    Lunch - smoked turkey + grilled turkey burger w/ pineapple + 1 cup macadamia nuts + 10 strawberries

    Dinner - WARNING CHEAT MEAL - 2 pieces of papa murphy's pizza + 1 piece of birthday cake + 1 slice of cookie cake

    Daren - I discussed it with my wife and she is ok with having the End of Paleo Dinner at our house if you need us to. We would just need a head count and we are not really centrally located. Let me know. Ryan

    12:30- 2c. chicken and shrimp stew
    2:30- cashews, tea with almond milk
    6:00- 1 bud light
    8:00- 6 oz salmon, steamed mixed veggies, 1 baked sweet pot., 2 bites of George's bread
    9:30- 4 dried apricots

    6:00 MAJOR CHEAT MEAT before 1/2 maraton run
    2 slices of stuffed meat pizza from Papa Murphys, raw carrots with ranch, 1 slice of cookie cake (daughter's birthday party)

    11:30pm 2 omega 3 eggs w/mushrooms, onions & sweet bell pepper & side of guacamole
    5:30pm 6oz baked chicken with green salad (few raisins & walnuts, no dressing)
    1 cup fruit smoothie (frozen berries, banana, strawberries, mango & coconut milk & bit of raw honey)

    12:30pm - baby carrots (~10) and some raisins
    3:00pm - salmon and asparagus
    6:00pm - turkey and an apple
    9:00pm - 2:00am - Cheat Meal: oeur d'oeuvres at an engagement party, 1 cupcake, and 3 glasses of wine

  11. 8:00- banana w/ almond butter

    11:45-wedding cake (wedding was early and the ceremony only lasted 5 minutes. It was pretty cool that they had it out at the second floor of the Bright Athletic Complex.)

    1:00- cheeseburger w/ fries, 1 beer (it was a nice day to be out a the lake)

    6:00- grilled shrimp, veggies, sweet potatoes
