Hey Everyone! We want to have an end of Paleo Potluck dinner get together for everyone on Thursday March 11th. Save the Date!
We would love to see everyone! More to follow with time and place. Any volunteers for thier home please let us know. We would like to have a place easy and central for everyone. Have a great Weekend!!!!

  1. km- you can also cut those cravings by timing your fruit properly, and cutting out super sugary stuff like bananas. i find that if i eat fruit first during the meal, followed by protein, my body won't crave sugar.

  5. G7 Crossfit, the affiliate I train with back home, had a paleo BBQ after their paleo challenge wrapped up in early february....just sayin...i refuse to let them one up us

  7. 5:30 - 2 cups almond milk- 1 banana,5 strawberries
    8:00 - 1 banana
    10:00 - 2 oz pkg of baby carrots
    12:00- 1 whole cucumber sliced with squeezed lemon juice
    1:00 - .56 oz walnuts/almonds
    3:00 - 2 plain grilled chicken breast filets(chik fil a)
    7:00 - grilled fish filet, 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, 1 cup steamed rice

  8. 7:45 slice breakfast casserole
    snacked on 1/2 cucumber
    12:30 2 strawberries and beef stew
    3:30 1/2 cucumber, 2 stalks celery
    5:15 banana pre-workout
    7:00 6 oz pulled pork loin
    8:00 salad with 2 c romaine, 1 c spinach, salsa, and 1/2 avocado

  9. paleo challenge day 40 - Ryan W.

    Breakfast - 5 eggs ( all egg substitutes) + 1 bowl of fruit

    Lunch - 2 bananas w/ cashew butter + 1 fruit smoothie + 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts

    Dinner - 15 grilled shrimp + grilled vegetables ( sweet potatoe + jalapeno + mushrooms)

    Dessert - 6 oz blackberries + 1 1/2 glasses of red wine

    6:45- handful of raisins

    7:30- 2 eggs, broccoli

    10- cashews

    1- salmon, grilled shrimp, mixed veggies

    3- cashews

    7- spaghetti squash, homemade sauce, grilled shrimp

    10:30PM: 1 apple
    12:45PM: 1 grilled turkey hamburger patty; 1/2 avocado; mixed green salad
    2:30PM: 1 pear
    6:00PM: Cheat Meal: Buffalo Chicken Wraps; mashed potatoes; 1/2 cookie monster

    10 am 1 almond meal pancake w/raisins, cup of coffee w/usual
    12 noon 1 apple
    2 pm 7 small grilled shrimp w/steamed carrots
    4 pm 3 hersey kisses
    8 pm 6 oz. grilled fish, grilled onions and zucchini, salad w/vinegar and oil andc 1 Dox XX

    12:00 - 1 slice veggie pizza
    6:30 - mixed green salad with artichokes, tomatoes, craisins, and chopped pecans

    10:30- 3 oz carrots
    1:30- 2 c. chicken and shrimp stew
    4:30- cashews
    6:30- Freedom salad from freebirds with mixed greens, chicken, pico, fresh sliced avocado (no dressing), 2 bites George's Maggie Moo's

  19. 6:30am: banana (1/2) and some cashews: Pre-WOD
    9:30am - scrambled egg whites and one whole egg with lots of veggies
    11:30pm - bell pepper (1) and cashews (~1 oz)
    1:30pm - Daren's green chile soup (1 1/2 c.)
    4:30pm - baby carrots (~14)
    7:45pm - salmon and asparagus
    11:00pm - bite of paleo cookie

  20. 7:30am - 1/4 of steak omlette, 1 harvest nut blueberry/banana grain pancake w/sugar free syrup, 4c coffee w/splenda & 1 glass orange juice (no business I know but my Jazzie took me out for brkfast at IHOP!!!)
    1pm - 1 apple
    3pm - 2c turkey goulash & 6 wheat crackers
    6:30pm - 2 fajita tacos on corn tortillas (no rice/beans) & 1c banana pudding (bible study)

  21. 6: tbsp cashew butter and 1c fruit
    12: 6 oz chicken on 2 cups of romaine
    4: 2 beers (not guilty in trial; had to do it!!!)
    7: Cheat meal - 1 chicken enchilada, 2 tbsp queso, 2 beef and shrimp fajitas, 15 chips, 2 margaritas. (Felt like crap after) Need more paleo
