    7:00 - Low carb Monster energy Drink
    11:30 - Caldo(Chicken vegetable soup-only ate the cabbage, chicken and carrots)5 chips w/salsa
    4:00 - 1 orange, 1 banana
    5:30 - 4 oz chicken breast w/onions
    6:30 - .56 oz walnuts/Almonds
    8:00 - 7 oz chicken breast baked w/2 tablespoons of guacamole

  2. 5:30- bagel with almond butter (convinced family members and a group of people from work to train and run the Armadillo Dash. I was proud of all of them.)

    12:00- grilled chicken, veggies

    6:00- chicken, boiled egg, carrots, broccoli

    5:30 3 egg omalet
    11:00 Roasted Turkey,1 cup of green beans
    3:00 2 good size handfulls of cashews
    4:30 banana with cashew butter
    6:30 (2)chicken fajitas, mango pico with a lettuce wrap & baked sweet potato

    8:00 1 ham & cheese kolache, 1 cup of coffee with cream & splenda
    11:00 Roasted turkey breast, green beans & 1 roll
    3:00 handful of cashews
    5:30 handful of raw carrots
    6:00 2 chicken fajita lettuce wraps with mango pico, 1 baked sweet potato, spinach salad with red pepper & paleo dressing
    8:00 handful of grapes

  4. 9:00AM Nopalitos (cactus) with 2 scrambled omega-3 egg
    11:30AM: Cucumber
    1:00PM 1 6oz turkey patty; 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms; mixed salad; banana
    3:30PM: 1 paleo friendly fruit and nut bar (no other option)
    6:30PM: pan seared tilapia; mixed veggies (brocoli, carrots, asparagus); 1/2 sweet potato
    9:30PM apple

  5. 9:00am - mixed fruit and banana (1) from hotel continental breakfast, ~1 oz walnuts and almonds, and tea with honey
    12:00pm - trail mix (car ride home)
    1:00pm - salmon and asparagus
    3:00pm - apple and cashews (1oz)
    7:00pm - mixed grill and salad from olive garden
    9:00pm - 1/2 of Austin's chocolate chip cookie

  6. 9:30 - 2 eggs scrambled with green peppers, onions,& spinach; 5 grape tomatoes
    6:00 - shredded chicken breast mixed with spicy mustard & chopped pecans, baby carrots & grape tomatoes
    10:00 - cup of sugar free hot chocolate
    *Headed to the grocery store right now!

  7. 8:00am 2 cups coffee w/Splenda
    11:30am (Mother in law's birthday brunch at the Hilton)1 Mimosa
    green salad no dressing, 1 deviled egg, seafood salad, boiled shrimp, grilled vegetables, 2oz pork loin, 4 oz prime rib, fruit (pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries) and no dessert!
    4pm 1/4 cup Walnuts
    7:30pm 4 oz baked chicken breast & 2 cups sweet potato fries (baked in oven w/EVOO)

    12pm - IHOP, IHOP FOR ME chicken sandwich (no cheese or dressing) w/1c mix fruit
    6pm - 6inch ranch chicken sandwich from SUBWAY on wheat bread w/all the veggies & 1 bag sour cream baked chips
    8pm - 1 orange

  9. 5:45- banana with 2 T almond butter
    7:00- 20 oz gatorade, 5 gummy bears (Dash Half Marathon)
    9:15- apple
    10:30- big fat cheat meal at La Botana, migas plate, coffee with cream. At least I skipped the chips and tortillas!
    2:15- 3 oz walnuts/cashews
    3:15- tea with almond milk
    6:30- 2 c. chicken and shrimp stew, 10 grapes
    8:00- 3 oz cashews/walnuts

  10. 12 noon Veggie omlettt (egg beaters), mixed fruit, 2 cups of coffee, 3 bites of pancake) (IHOP)
    4 pm 1 small piece of strawberry cake w/whip cream and a few strawberry's (baby shower)
    7:30 pm 2 beef enchiladas, rice, beans, chips and hot sauce and guacamole (had to my mom invited me over for dinner and she makes the best enchiladas!!)

  11. 8am 3 egg omelet with spinach, jal. peppers, mushrooms, onions
    130pm roasted chicken salad with spinach, onions, pickles, tomatoes oil and vinegar and a little sweet onion sauce
    430pm pecans
    830pm lean ground beef in tomato sauce with mushrooms, onions, jal. peppers and spaghetti squash

    Breakfast- 2 bananas w/ cashew butter + 1 apple

    Lunch - 1/2 lb. smoked turkey + 1 cup macadamia nuts + 6 oz raspberries

    Dinner - grilled chicken lettuce wraps + baked sweet potatoe

    3: 6oz chicken breast, 3 asparagus, 1 cup mixed broccoli and zucchini
    8: 6 oz chicken roasted, 1 cup broccoli and carrots
