    3PM - 1 large orange

    7PM - 10oz chicken breast, 2oz sweet onion, 2 whole jalapenos, 1 tbspn canola oil, 1oz macadamia nuts, 1oz walnuts, 6oz cauliflower, 3oz broccoli, 1 banana

    11:30: at the movie - popcorn and decaf coffee with sweet and low
    2:00 chicken with mushrooms and green beans, 1 c. mixed vegetables, 1 small apple
    4:00: handful of pistachios, 1 gratefruit
    1 slice turkey
    6:00: 1 c. chili, 1 small apple, 1/2 banana, baby carrots

    8:00- 1 deer burger patties, ½ sweet potato, banana
    1:30- turkey breast, broccoli, banana
    4:30- orange
    7:00- beef stew (turnips, carrots, celery, and onion)banana
    *was bad and had a few bites of my daughter’s blizzard

    8:15- 1/2 banana

    9:45- 1/2 sweet pot., 2 scrambled eggs, 1 c. turkey tomato sauce

    12:30- fruit smoothie (4 strawberries, 1 banana, 1/4 c. blueberries, 1/2 c. light coconut milk), handful cashews and drug concoction for strep throat. Glad to know it wasn't the paleo making me feel this way :)

    3:45- 4 oz chicken, 2 zucchini sauteed with mushrooms, 4 strawberries and 1 kiwi

    6:00- handful almonds

    7:15- turkey chili w/ 1/2 avocado

    9:00- banana and 1 tbls almond butter

    1:00 10 ounce sirloin steak & sweet potato fries
    4:00 handful of pecans
    7:00 1 sausage wrap, 5 lil’ smokies, 1 meatball in gravey & 3 beers (hospitality booth at TAMU basketball game)

    1 roll & 1 chocolate chip cookie (these items were left on my daughters plate and I couldn’t resist :-)

    lunch: 8 oz grilled chicken (free range), mixed veggies with spinach, avocado
    snack: cashews, banana
    dinner CHEAT - 2 enchiladas, skirt steak, queso. (I'm sick!!!)

    11:00am almonds and raisins (1/2 oz)
    12:00pm bell pepper slices, apple slices, cucumber
    2:00pm veggie scramble (cilantro, tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, green onion, broccoli), avocado (1/4)
    3:30pm orange (1), almonds (1 oz)
    8:00pm Cheat Meal : Wedding Dinner - I tried to be good with the food... apple, walnut, and dried apricot salad, filet mignon, broccoli, mixed veggies, and shrimp. 1 glass of white wine and two vodka sodas + 1 bite of wedding cake. I know bad, but it was a wedding! Fun times!

  13. Day 6 -Paleo Challenge - Ryan W.
    Breakfast - 3 eggs (1 yolk) + orange
    Sanck - 1 banana + 10 blackberries
    Lunch - 8 oz lemon pepper chicken + 1 cup pecans + 1 apple

    Dinner (cheat meal) grilled salmon + mashed potatoes + 6 little sausages + 1 sausage wrap + 6 beers + 3 glasses tea with 1 packet of sweet "n low + lemon + 1/2 strawberry tart.

  14. 10 am 2 egg whites/1 egg w/bell pepper, tomatoes, green onions and mushrooms and cup of coffee w/splash of mootopia and splenda

    3 pm handful of raisins and almonds

    7 pm 5 oz chicken breast w/bell peppers and mushrooms, 1/2 cucumber and 1/2 of an avocado

    10 pm 1/2 cup of raisins and 8 almonds and 8 macadamia nuts

    artichokes, beets & boiled egg (omega3)

    9am - 2 eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 small sweet potatoes
    10am - coffee with a splash of almond milk
    11:30am - 1 banana, 2 tbsp almond butter (pre-run)
    2pm - 1 Rockin Refuel Chocolate Milk (I have about 8 of these left and I am going to use them up before they expire then stop buying them....even though they are soooo tasty)
    2:30pm - 2 oranges
    3pm - 1/4 cup of cashews, 1/4 cup of walnuts, 1 red bell pepper, 1 orange
    4pm - 1/4 cup cashews, 1/4 cup walnuts
    7pm-11pm - 1 pound of roast, 6 corona lights, juice from 6 limes (1 lime per beer - delicious)....it was my older brothers birthday party
    12:30am - 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp almond butter

  17. i did awesome today...
    12:50am - 1 boiled egg
    9:00 - 3 eggs (1whole/2white), 2 Tbsp pico de gallo, 1/2 avocado
    12:00 - handful of blueberries + iced tea
    2:30 - rainforest burger (bread, pepper jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, and onion ring, and ketchup)
    8:30 - Crawfish Combo at Fish Daddys (Crawfish creole, fried crawfish) + sangria margarita + miller lite
    11:00 - 1 glass of white wine

    1030am pecans
    130pm Red Lobster- salad with tomatoes, cumbers onions and olive oil, Maui Maui with New Orleans shrimp in a Tobasco Bueer Blanc sauce. Very tasty. The sauce was not Paleo but everything else was, No cheese sticks or biscuits.

    830 pm 2 egg omelet with mushrooms and onions

  23. 0900 - Sirloin steak (3 oz) and banana
    1100 - Orange and 2 handfuls of almond slivers
    1300 - Pizza (pepperoni and mushroom/canadian bacon and pineapplie). Salad with homemade balsamic dressing. Coffee with french vanilla creamer.
    1730 - 1/2 sausage (it's smoked and homemade from venison, pork and beef). Small (very) wedge of Camembert.
    ?? the time - Pot roast (beef) with carrots, broccoli and 1/2 sweet potato. Taste of mashed potatoes.
    ?? the time (2 hours after dinner) - Cherry pie with vanilla ice cream
