  1. Vitamins (multi-vitamin, fish oil, Vitamin B complex)

    6:00- 2 eggs, mushrooms, spinach, cantaloupe

    10:00- ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup grapes

    1:00 5 small pieces pork loin, ½ cup mushrooms, 12 baby carrots

    3:00- 6 large strawberries, ½ cup cashews, ½ scoop of Spark

    6:30- 4 grilled chicken tenders, ½ avocado, ½ tomato, ¼ cup mushrooms

    8:00 handful of raisins

  2. 7:30- scrambled eggs (1 whole egg & 2 whites, 6 slivers of bell peppers-red, yellow, & green; ½ 0z roast beef)
    12:00- salad and grilled chicken
    3:00- apple
    4:00- boiled egg
    7:30- salmon, steamed string beans, salad, & avocado slices

  3. 7:30 - blueberry scramble (pecans, blueberries, 2 eggs, 1tbs unsweetened applesauce, dash of cinnamon) fyi freakin' amazing
    11:00 - Apple & 10 Almonds
    12:20 - Tilapia & mango salsa
    3:15 - Banana
    7:00 - Stir Fry (came out awesome) used an organic white wine with no sulfites (less preservatives, more caveman-ish) fyi..super hard to find
    probably around 9:00 (maybe 8:30) - orange and almonds

    8:15 - 1/2c. grapes, 1/4c. pistachios

    7:30 - two eggs, 1 tomatoe, 1/2 avacodo, grapefruit
    12:00 - chicken breast with pineapple salsa, brocolli
    4:00 - handful of sunflower seeds and raisins, 1/2 cantelope, fruit smoothie with frozen fruit- carrots, flax seeds and mango and cherries
    6:30 - 1 c. chili, 1/2 c. grapefruit, 1 tomatoe

  7. Day 2 Paleo Challenge - Ryan W.
    Breakfast - 1 1/2 cups egg whites + ground turkey (scrambled) ; banana + apple

    Lunch - 8 oz grilled chicken (with 2 tablespoons ranch + piece of cheddar cheese; sorry out to eat with my wife) + bowl of mixed fruit

    Snack (P.M.) - 1 cup pecans

    Dinner- 12 oz grilled chicken + 15-20 sweet potatoe fries + 6 oz raspberries.

    Drinks - water + 4 glasses of tea (no additions).

    4:00pm: banana (1), mixed walnuts, cashews, and almonds (2 oz)
    7:20pm: raisins (handful)
    8:00pm: paleo meatballs* (5), artichoke (1)
    10:00pm: grapefruit (1/2)

    10:00 - medium golden delicious apple

    11:45 - 6oz chicken breast, 2 jalapenos, 3oz onions, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3oz brocolli, 3oz carrots, 3oz cauliflower, 1/2 tbsp olive oil

    4:30 - 1 large navel orange

    6:00 - 8oz shrimp, 3oz sweet onion, 1 green bell pepper, 2 cups spinach, 3 oz carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 1 roma tomato, 1oz sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp lemon juice

    10:00 banana

    Lunch:
    Apple and carrot salad with 3 prawns
    Broiled skinless chicken breast

    Snack: 1 cup Melon

    Dinner:
    6 oz Ny Strip grilled
    1 cup Romaine with salsa and red onions
    12 pecans

    11:30am - 1 1/2 cup of baby carrots
    12:30pm - salad with sliced almonds, 1/2 avocado, 8 oz grilled chicken (Christopher's)
    3pm - Post Workout Recovery Shake
    4pm - 1 Apple, 2 tbsp Almond Butter
    5pm - 1/3 cup walnuts
    7pm - 1/4 cup cashews, 1/2 cup grapes
    8pm - 12 oz of dark meat off of rotisserie chicken, salad with homeade pico de gallo - delicious
    8:30pm - 1 1/2 cups grapes
