So freaking hard to pass up decadent chocolate cake, wine and lots of yummy pasta.... somehow I managed... definitely going to have to use my cheat meal at the wedding tomorrow.... don't know if I can be that strong again!!

0900 - 2 egg whites 1100 - Banana 1230 - Little less than a 8 oz brisket with small amount of BBQ sauce and cucumbers with some kind of dressing on them but minimal. Also had tea w/sweet-n-low 2000 - Top sirloin steak with egg noodles and mushroom sauce. Salad w/tomato and cucumber and homemade balsamic dressing. Whiskey and diet coke. ? what time - 2 or 3 squares of Dove chocolate
Just want to say that things are much more in control when I am at home. We are at my mom and dads house for the weekend and this (in retrospect) was not so good for paleo.
